Stephen B. West, O.D.
Stephen B. West, O.D., is an optometrist specializing in the medical and optical treatment of the eyes for adults and children.
Dr. West is a native of Carlisle, PA. and a graduate of Carlisle High School. He continued his education at Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. In 1990, Dr. West graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry with clinical honors in Low Vision and Primary Eye Care. He began is career as a staff optometrist at the renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia within their Low Vision Service and Pediatric Contact Lens Service. He was also a staff member at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnwood, Pennsylvania. In June of 1993, Dr. West joined Stoken Wagner Ophthalmic Associates and in 2007, he opened the Mechanicsburg practice, West Eye Associates. He currently sees patients at both locations.
Dr. West is a 25 year member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr West is married and has 3 children. He resides in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.
Alexandra L. Oszustowicz,O.D.
Alexandra L. Oszustowicz, O.D., or Dr. O, is an optometrist who specializes in the medical and optical management and treatment of the eyes for adults and children.
Dr. Oszustowicz is originally from Carlisle, PA and graduated from Trinity High School. She continued her education at University of Richmond in Richmond, VA where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following college, Dr. O attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, PA where she graduated with clinical honors in Primary Care and Low Vision. She then went on to complete a residency at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Primary Care and Ocular Disease.
After completing her residency, Dr. O joined West Eye Associates and Stoken Wagner Ophthalmic Associates. She currently works with patients at both locations.
Dr. O is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. O is married and lives in Carlisle, PA.
Nichole Aiadeh
Nichole is the office manager and optician for West Eye Associates. She was born and raised in Carlisle and attended Carlisle High School.
Nichole began her optical career in 1999 working for a local optometry clinic, Royal Optical. After many years of experience, Nichole joined Stoken Wagner Ophthalmic Associates in 2007, where she helped manage the optical shop and worked as a surgical coordinator. In 2017, Nichole became the office manager for West Eye Associates.
Nichole has a very hands-on approach with her patients; she hand selects every frame and lens in our optical shop, attends meeting and lectures to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies, and fits every patient with their own custom measurements for their glasses.
Nichole currently lives in Carlisle. She has two daughters, Madison and Yaz, and two French bulldogs, Oliver and Briggs.
